At The Otaku Box, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your anime-inspired apparel and gear. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return or exchange to receive your authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the apparel remains unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
